RIDEPLAY TV Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: To participate in the RIDEPLAY TV referral program, you must be a registered driver with RIDEPLAY TV and in good standing. You must also be at least 18 years old.

Referral Rewards: You will receive a referral reward for each new driver that you refer to RIDEPLAY TV, provided that the referred driver signs up using your unique referral link and meets the eligibility criteria. The referral reward will be a set amount determined by RIDEPLAY TV and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Eligible Referrals: Only new drivers who sign up using your unique referral link will count as eligible referrals. A new driver is defined as someone who has never signed up for RIDEPLAY TV before.

Referral Tracking: Referral tracking is done automatically through the RIDEPLAY TV referral program software. You will be able to track the status of your referrals through your RIDEPLAY TV affiliate dashboard.

Payment of Rewards: Referral rewards will be paid out through your RIDEPLAY TV account, and will be subject to the same payment terms as regular driver earnings. Rewards may be paid out in the form of cash, credits, or other forms determined by RIDEPLAY TV.

Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices when promoting RIDEPLAY TV or the referral program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts, using spam or unsolicited email to promote the program, or misrepresenting the program or its rewards.

Termination of Participation: RIDEPLAY TV reserves the right to terminate your participation in the referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This may include, but is not limited to, violation of the program terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.

Modifications: RIDEPLAY TV reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RIDEPLAY TV is registered. Any disputes arising from or related to the referral program or these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
