Bar Convent Brooklyn 2025 was nothing short of a spirited spectacle—and RIDEPLAY tv was there to soak it all in. Held June 10–11 at Industry City, this year’s BCB brought together the boldest minds and most innovative brands in the beverage world for two days of tastings, talks, and unforgettable toasts in a record exhibitor turnout: 275+ brands from Italy, Japan, Austria, Peru and beyond while featuring over 60 emerging brands.

The Vibe
From the moment you stepped onto the show floor, the energy was electric. With over 270 exhibitors showcasing everything from heritage spirits to no/low innovations, BCB 2025 felt like a global tasting tour with a Brooklyn heartbeat. The crowd? A mix of bartenders, brand founders, beverage directors, and curious connoisseurs, each one buzzing with ideas and a cocktail in hand.

What We Loved
Tequila took center stage this year, dominating floor space and palates alike. But it wasn’t just about agave, Japanese amari, Slovakian whisky, and cacao-infused rums made waves too. One standout? The Smokehead Bloody Mary, a smoky, umami-packed masterpiece that redefined the brunch classic. Debuting at BCB was a new vodka line called Hardcut Vodka by Dolph Lungren who made a surprise guest appearance.

The Sessions
Education was on tap as well. From panels on building a brand without a distillery to deep dives into sustainability and inclusivity, the talks were as refreshing as the drinks. VIP+ badge holders got exclusive access to intimate sessions with industry legends, making this year’s programming feel more personal and powerful than ever.

After-Hours Magic
Let’s not forget the after-parties. From rooftop mixers to secret speakeasies, the celebrations spilled well beyond Industry City. Rumor has it one cocktail writer even walked away with a new tattoo, now that’s commitment to the craft.

Final Pour
BCB Brooklyn 2025 reminded us why this event is a must-attend for anyone in the beverage game. It’s not just about what’s in your glass, it’s about who you’re sharing it with. And at RIDEPLAY tv, we’re raising ours to the creators, the dreamers, and the drinkers who made it all unforgettable. We’ll keep rolling. They’ll keep pouring.

Cheers to collaborations that craft a bigger story. Cheers to next year. We’ll see you at the bar.
