On June 9-10, Bar Convent Brooklyn 2026 came in shaking, stirring, and absolutely refusing to be subtle. BCB Brooklyn once again served as an exciting platform for discovery of the latest and greatest. Industry City turned into a bartender’s playground as thousands of beverage pros explored expanded programming, hands‑on workshops, and global brand showcases. From the rise of low‑ and no‑ABV innovation to caffeine‑forward flavor trends, espresso and matcha were everywhere and BCB delivered a high‑energy look at where the beverage world is heading. Attendees also got first tastes of major launches, including Chinola’s new Guava liqueur, Badger Bevs’ Cucumber Celery and Yuzu Lime mixers, Ritual Zero Proof’s RTDs, and the relaunch of Redemption Whiskey.
Education was the real flex this year, with 14 Main Stage sessions curated by Lynnette Marrero and an expanded lineup across Park Street University, Liquid Lounges, and the new Workshop Stage. Topics ranged from global spirits culture and flavor innovation to AI‑powered bar operations and content‑creation skills for modern bartenders. Nearly 200 exhibitors—from Angostura to emerging craft brands, kept the show floor buzzing, proving once again why BCB remains the premier destination for beverage enthusiasts and RIDEPLAY tv viewers who love staying ahead of the next big pour.
